On the basis of the existing 750AGC triple-rolling production line, SMC again chose Wuxi Nanbao to add a 750AGC 4hi/6hi continuous production line in expansion project, and the production line will be more flexible. The annual output is expected to be 200,000 tons +. It is one of the few AGC carbon steel four-continuous rolling equipments in Vietnam and the second set of continuous rolling lines ordered from Wuxi Nanbao.

ADVANTAGE OF FOUR-STAND TANDEM CRM VS THREE-STAND

• Reduction rate increases 10% to 15% to achieve thinner material 

• The exit rolling speed is able to enhance 10% to 15%, along with designed rolling speed 

• The shape of after-rolled strip can be extremely improved when the 4th stand applies 6-Hi roller assembly to elimate contact area between work roller and steel strip to control strip flatness as well as surface quality more effectively
