Congratulations to Foshang Sanheda Stainless Steel Material Co. where Wuxi Nanbao's 850 AGC High-speed MKW 8-Hi Cold Rolling Mill was sucessfully installed and put into commercial production on December 15th, 2017. 

It is a breakthrough that 850 MKW 8-Hi project is designed and manufactured at Nanbao as the first set in China whose average rolling speed can be as high as 400m/min for stainless steel.

The 850 AGC High-speed MKW 8-Hi stainless steel cold rolling mill runs extremely stably with flatness and stable thickness tolerance. It run at average speed of 210m/min first day after 5 hours start-up and had been get full speed of 400m/min after a week's mill warm-up. Besides, Sanheda Co. sucessfully produced the first finished 304 stainless steel coil at the first pass procedure as Nanbao promised. At present, the minimum output thickness is 0.3mm from input stainless steel of 3.00mm.

Nanbao also applies FARO laser detector to detect the parallesim of main stands, section precision of chokes and other significant components to ensure the manufacturing accuracy.
