By end of January 20, 2018, the 750 AGC four-stand tandem cold rolling mill project has been all completed for delivery. Estimated production is about200,000+ MT/Year. This project is very unique at Vienam steel market, and is the sencond line that Vietnam SMC STEEL ordered from Wuxi Nanbao after one-and-half year's usage of the first line.

ADVANTAGE OF FOUR-STAND TANDEM CRM VS THREE-STAND

• Reduction rate increases 10% to 15% to achieve thinner material 

• The exit rolling speed is able to enhance 10% to 15%, along with designed rolling speed 

• The shape of after-rolled strip can be extremely improved when the 4th stand applies 6-Hi roller assembly to elimate contact area between work roller and steel strip to control strip flatness as well as surface quality more effectively
