Depending on the product mix, a single-stand cold rolling mill can deliver wide range of rolling capacities. Rolling schedules can 

be carried out with an even or odd number of passes to maximize mill availability and performance. This type of rolling mill is 

applied for primary rough rolling, intermediate processing as well as precise rolling and for a wide range of strip widths.

Some characteristics of the 4-Hi cold rolling mill:
