MKW 8-HI obtains high-rigid roll system and roll-structure adjustment system allows to process more precise strips like multi-roll mills 

while the investment is much lower. In 2007, we developed modernized MKW 8-Hi cold mill under research and development and put into 

operation in great performance. Concepts and technology from decades of experience drives us to have specialized solutions.

Some characteristics of the MKW 8-Hi cold rolling mill:

1. Rolling strip width: 250 mm to 800 mm 

2. Strip input thickness: 0.2 mm to 1 mm

3. Strip output thickness: 0.1 mm to 0.6 mm

4. Rolling speed: 3 to 7 meters/second

5. Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) system allows thickness tolerance and accuracy control
