Nanbao has supplied a complete High-Speed MKW 8-Hi Stainless Steel Cold Rolling Mill, including the mechanical, process engineering, and electrical equipment to Hoang Vu Co., LTD in Vietnam. This integragted MKW-8 Hi cold rolling mill is a multi-process line to realize rough rolling and precision rolling of stainless steel in one mill, and production is as high as 4000MT per month. This upgraded line provides high added value for clients in terms of flexible production and high efficiency at the same time. Since the successful and stable rolling in Foshan, China and Lianyungang, China, it is the sencond breakthrough that Nanbao's High-speed MKW 8-Hi project successfully run in operation in Vietnam.

The AGC High-speed MKW 8-Hi stainless steel cold rolling mill runs extremely stably with flatness and stable thickness tolerance. On August 1st, 2019, It run at average speed of 250m/min at first day for rough rolling and had been get full speed of 400m/min after 3 day's mill warm-up. Besides, Hoang Vu Co. successfully produced the first finished 304 stainless steel coil at the first pass procedure as Nanbao promised. The capable minimum output thickness is 0.3mm from input stainless steel of 3.00mm.
