NANBAO to supply integrated projects, improving rolling flexibility and rolling efficiency to response market fast

After years cooperation, NANBAO's old customer once again ordered two 750 AGC stainless steel rolling mills from Nanbao. This intregrated project is designed to upgradet the user factory's production efficiency and production flexibility to a new level. 

The annual output of finished products will be increased to 100,000 tons, of which more than 45,000 tons will be produced by two new equipments ordered. At the same time, the newly ordered equipments will greatly increase manufactring flexibility to help user produce a variety of mixed products easily adapt to the market demand.

One set of 750 AGC 4HI stainless steel high-speed rolling mill and one set of 750 AGC 8HI stainless steel high-speed rolling mill were newly installed, with both rough rolling as well as finishing rolling process realized. The equipment went into operation under good performance in October 2019.

The entire set of cold rolling mill is equipped with the most advanced automation system based on Nanbao's mechanical automation concept. The powerful rapid learning process model will provide accurate settings for the equipment under possible operating conditions. The main drive of the rolling mill is equipped with the latest control system from automation company, which can perform precise torque and speed control in each rolling condition. 

As the main control system, Germany's Siemens is used to the computer-aided design (CAD), manufacturing (CAM), and ERP systems as the main control system. The distributed control system (DCS), data acquisition and video monitoring system (SCADA), and manufacturing execution system ( MES) to achieve remote intelligent manufacturing management and control, and the comprehensive technical level is in the leading position in China.
